Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview: The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for building and shaping the brand guidelines and ensuring guideline adherence on all mediums. Responsible for strategy and new product development - from artisan to the end consumer. Build & manage the design team and work closely with the marketing team to deliver consumer delight .

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong, innovative and strategic ideation for identity, packaging, space design and marketingcommunication projects.
• Create a visual language for projects, from brainstorming and initial conception through final stages of a brand manual.
• Work hands-on throughout the project lifecycle with different stakeholders in a project.
• Play a leadership role in guiding and mentoring team members.
• Develop branding, marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of handling third-party vendors (printers, web developers and freelance designers) and good hold over design aesthetics is a must.
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
• Lead the design strategy and effort.
• New Product development - from conceptualization to delivery.
• Work on the concepts and ideation for photography

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of work experience in Branding, Packaging and Marketing Communication Design Projects.
• Ability to understand business requirements from Design and able to execute them.
• Ability to build strong Brand Identity
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop, CorelDraw
• Strong understanding of emerging practices and design methodologies.
• Ability to work independently on projects and managing team responsibilities.
• Eye for detail and the drive to meet deadlines.
• Expertise in creating various marketing collaterals, mailers, newsletters, brochures, layouts, etc.
• Being on top of the latest skills, trends and developments in the design space.
• Ability to cross-pollinate ideas
