*Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.
Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Understands principles of Sales business/revenue/pipeline management. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. The Role:

As a Marketing Manager, you will execute Inbound Demand Generation Programs and execute social paid programs in India, Singapore Philippines. With your understanding of Mid-Market Client Persona, you will work to execute and generate pipe and be accountable for quality and conversions. This role provides you with the opportunity to shape mid-market business, as we execute and enhance the way in which we engage with net new business, built references and to go- live with case studies, videos, newsletters testimonials.

Your experience in Social Paid, Industry Horizontal Campaigns for Targeted Account Touches Sales Blitz are crucial. You will schedule a calendar of weekly competitive, industry and horizontal touches for sales team to leverage and increase touches, leads and pipeline. Experience and exposure to social channels and cross-country collaboration to leverage posts and to amplify them through social channels and sales will make you a successful marketing manager in NetSuite.

Core KPI: MQL to ARR- Leads- Pipeline- ARR through Inbound Demand Generation that includes exposure to SEO, Paid Search, Live Chat Optimization Content Skills in Social. Keen eye on metrics- Creation Conversion is required for this role.

Execution Responsibilities:

  • Executes inbound marketing programs and strategies which build upon the broader mid-market GTM strategy.
  • Uses weekly and monthly reporting of campaign results and tracks lead flow to help refine campaign performance and keep stake holders aware of campaign status and performance.
  • Develops an understanding local mid-market target audience and provides direction for data opportunities.
  • Acts as a liaison with local management to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans.

Stakeholder Responsibilities:

  • Works with Marketing Managers Directors in JAPAC Marketing Team
  • Develops strong, trusting relationships between Sales Leadership.
  • Maintains a clear schedule of work, can highlight resource constraints, and suggest options to deliver to plan.
  • Manages the activities in line with overall marketing strategies and budgets.


  • B2B Marketing Experience
  • 8-10 years Full-Time experience
  • Solid understanding of inbound marketing methods including social media, digital marketing, online offline program with keen eye on metrics
  • Ability to deliver marketing programs to the planned schedule drawing in support resources as required.
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent in a related field
