We are Hiring forSales Executive
KEY TASKS: Frontline sales achieving desired sales objective through direct Sales of Plastic Pallet, Ice Box and other Material Handling Products. Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and given sales territory. Interact with internal design team. Professionally answer customer calls and emails regarding products, orders, inquires, problems/complaints, technical questions and offer general information for end users. As a front sales representative, you are a brand ambassador, and must be able to professionally represent the brand in all communications with customers. Utilize our CRM to manage customer interactions, ensuring transparent communication on customer issues with team members and reporting on daily and weekly activities. Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs Willing to work anywhere in india Working on Special Assignment
QUALICATION / EXPERIENCES / KNOWLEDGE: Diploma or Equivalent degree in Management Experience in Material Handling Industry will be an added advantage Preferably from Pallet Industry, Material handling Equipment, Industrial products. Must have handled Pharma and FMCG OEMs LANGUAGE: Required writing, reading and speaking language(s): English, Hindi and Local language ABILITIES: Ability to understand customer requirement. Ability to come up with a number of ideas about sales. Ability to generate or use different sets of rules for combining or grouping things in different ways. Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted. Able to work as part of a team Ability to promote change Anticipate problems and develop contingency plans through Critical Risk Analysis Coordinate the tasks more effectively between departments SKILLS: Presentation Skills General Programming Skills Technical Understanding Verbal Communication Innovation Enhance the people skills to effectively motivate and communicate with the project team Problem analysis and problem-solving Organizational skills Key sales and marketing skills Prearranged, result-oriented, confident and enjoy the challenge of functioning in a fast paced and competitive environment
