Tele-Caller Representative - B2B Industry

Job Description:  SkillSet: strategic sales plans, new business development, field sales, sales leads, cold calling.
to contribute in generating (B2B Lead) sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective tele- sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in Clients and developing business.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop outbound sales leads based on the given database. Cold calling prospects regarding PMaps offering to B2B segment. Contacting potential or existing Clients to inform them about a Product or Service using scripts. Asking questions to understand Clients requirements and Close Sales. Arrange and schedule demonstrations between Sales Managers and Potential Customers (B2B). Direct prospects to the field Sales Team when needed. Enter and update Clients Information in the Database. Keep records of Calls, Sales and Note useful information. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Advanced Graduate Degree in any area.
0- 2 years of experience, is preferred from the business domain which may be either purely from Customer Service or Sales.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Willing to take challenges associated with the start- up environment Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/ customer service role Ability to learn about products and services and describe/ explain them to prospects clients Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Self- starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential Excellent Knowledge of English in oral and written communication and should also possess interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office that includes Word Excel Ability to quickly adopt and learn new business development techniques Should be capable of maintaining strong client relationships and executing strategic sales plans Job Category : Tele- Sales Representative B2B Industry
