Proficient in word ( Excel, MS Word)
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates
Familiar with sourcing techniques
Experience using recruitment databases
Excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Designing and updating job descriptions
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback
Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
