Position Overview
Our Client is seeking an energetic and curious Marketing Analyst who thrives on sifting through the data, finding trends and communicating the data-driven stories to our internal marketing stakeholders. Your insights will optimize the performance of our online marketing campaigns and directly impact future marketing strategies and investment decisions.

- In-house corporate project with internal stakeholders, in the marketing department of Our Client, planning and optimizing the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns.
- Exposure to multiple campaigns giving you lots of variety and challenging work.
- A lot of creative work of analyzing trends and results, while simultaneously thinking creatively about improvements and strategies to optimize campaigns.
You have:
- University Degree
- 10+ years of total experience, with a minimum 4+ years of related analytical experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to present and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with web-analytics software and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, Google Data Studio and Tableau
- Self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to problem-solving.
- Prior experience working with North American customer would be a plus.
What youll do:
- Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution across Our Clients online marketing strategies.
- Perform campaign analysis with an ability to derive a narrative that includes key highlights, basic insights recommendations for any programs/campaigns.
- Participate in the design of new campaigns strategy across domains and channels (outbound, Inbound, Social Media, Paid, etc.).
- Monitor the performance of campaigns during the execution period, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Communicate opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure.
- Benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on KPIs based on performance analysis.
You should either be working or be flexible to work during the North American Shifts .
