2. Prospecting - Searching for prospects from the available data base of Pharma companies, by making contacts by e-mail, Phone calls and explore the possibility of business.
3. Explore business opportunities by sending Mass mails, Cold calls establishing initial business communication.
4. Market Research to find out - upcoming conferences, events, trade-shows to get the update on the market trend.
5. Assist, coordinate facilitate in designing finalization of the Marketing inputs, like banner, posters required for the promotion of services.
6. Preparation of Cost proposals for BE Studies, Phase I to IV Clinical trials other customized studies. (GCP and GMP Audits)
7. Co-ordination with various departments to check on technical feasibility of the project.
8. Preparation and documentation of MSA, Contracts, Agreements and CDAs.
9. Generation of Invoices follow-up for the payments for the invoices issued to the clients as per the payment terms.
10. Co-ordination with all concerned departments for the study related documents.
