What you will create and do
As a Sr. Manager, you will help build and lead a team of problem solvers to
support our clients in solving complex business issues from strategy to
execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this
management level include but are not limited to:
Team management
Working closely with the Director, help identify and grow out
local Salesforce delivery team
Play a leadership role on the team
Establish new internal processes in team
Support multiple projects in parallel
Lead, coach, guide and assist team members to become a high
performing team
Provide technical and functional guidance to team members
whenever required
Offer training plans for junior resources
Harvest leading practices for project delivery
Train, coach, and supervise team members
Technical
Use your knowledge and experience related to leading teams in
creating global Salesforce solutions, enterprise technical design,
best practices and implementation of the Salesforce suite of
products to enterprise clients
Developing custom applications using Lightning Components,
Salesforce Apex and Visualforce
Designing, developing, testing, and deploying programmatic
solutions that are maintainable and reusable
Following Apex design patterns and object-oriented
programming best practices
Design and implement user stories on the Salesforce platform
using the full set of platform tooling (Config, development, APIs)
Collaborate with PwC and client Enterprise Architects, Developer
Leads and Business Analysts
Collaborate at client meetings
Create technical documentation of designs or implementations
Support scoping and estimating for RFX responses and business
development
Work closely with, and take instructions from, engagement teams
in other geographies and across time zones
Provide oversight on projects
Provides Salesforce expert knowledge on best practices
Quality oversight
Collaborate closely with Functional leads and junior team
members to identify the best possible business solution for our
clients
Managing of project escalations related to deliverables / quality
Ensure projects use applicable automations and assets
Make sure each project adheres to quality standards; represent
projects in internal quality processes with QA team
Represent projects in leadership reviews
What you will bring to this role
Master or bachelor s degree in computer science
7+ years of development experience with the Salesforce platform
/ in a Salesforce Architect role
Experience leading agile teams
JavaScript and JavaScript Framework (angular, react, node JS,
LWC) experience
Experience with Apex and Java/C#
Knowledge of the advanced programmatic capabilities of the
Lightning Platform, data modeling to develop complex business
logic and interfaces
Advanced Knowledge of Salesforce Visibility Sharing, Access
Security, Architecture Best Practices, Performance, Governor
Limits, etc.
Experience working with and collecting requirements/feedback
directly from stakeholders and integrating that into code
Experience with estimating and scoping work
Proven application support experience (debugging, customer
support, etc.)
Proven problem-solving skills
Experience with system integration and API development
One or more Salesforce certifications, including: Salesforce
Certified Platform Developer I, and/or Salesforce Certified
Platform Developer II
Demonstrated personal effectiveness, including a proven ability
to accomplish and exceed goals within challenging, complex
organizations with minimal oversight and direction
Assets / bonus:
Additional certifications including Salesforce Certified Sales
Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant,
Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, and/or
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator are a bonus
Active Trailhead profile (Ranger status)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools
nCino, Vlocity, MuleSoft experience / certification
