Designation: Senior Manager Business Development

Department: Sales Business Development

Reporting To: Assistant Vice President Business Development

Primary Objective: Developing new business and account management for 3Gen in the US healthcare provider market

Job Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of Sales, Marketing and Business Development, as per focus area provided by your manager and ensure targets are met

Identifies new business revenue opportunities and along with your manager, develops a strategy for closing new business accounts

Assist with transitioning the new account over to operations and to the respective account manager within 4 weeks of closure

Assist the Company with the guidance of your manager in developing new service lines based on current trends in the United States market

Submit marketing report and update CRM (Salesforce) or equivalent on a weekly basis

Submit a sales pipeline report on a weekly basis and participate in weekly sales call with the company management

Prepare and analyse monthly marketing and sales MRM

The person should be well networked within the US and should demonstrate strong sales experience in the past, in this field. Person should be able to work independently.
