Job Role:

Recruit Financial Advisors who will act as agents and would be working as part time employees and will be eligible for commission.

Company would provide necessary training to manager and agents as well.

Manager would work on roll of Company and will be eligible for Salary, commission and bonus.

The person on this position has to manage the team.

Major proportion of work would be from office, but Manager may travel if required to do to resolve clients conflicts.

Resolving client issues in case agents face to solve their queries will also be Manager Role.
