Sr. Customer Service Executive
Job Location:  Mumbai (Bombay)
Job Description:  Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customer
Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by our team.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Develop customer satisfaction goals
Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer service software.
A team player with leadership skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
Functional Area:  ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service
Functional Role:  Customer Care Executive/Customer Service Exec
Candidate Requirement
- Must have good communications skills
- experience between 1 to 2 years of team handling and telecalling
- based in mumbai
- must have BPO experience.
