Job Title: Development Manager-Agency Channel

Job Description:

1. To recruit team of Life Mitras of very high quality and standards as per
the corporate strategy
2. To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed
3. To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales
4. To train LMs with the help of LD team
5. To ensure that there are no unethical business practices by his / her Life
6. To ensure that there is no anti selection against the Company and that
the Company is not put to any financial loss due to poor quality of
selection of lives either directly or through his/her team of Life Mitras
7. To ensure high standard of quality of sales, very good quality of lives to
be insured and very good quality of Life Mitras
8. Adherence to Sales Quality policy of the company. The Development
Manager (DM) Group employee is responsible for the Quality of business
sourced by his team as defined in the Sales Quality Policy, as amended
from time to time.
9. To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as
well as external regulations
10. To alert the Company against any adverse selection of lives


1. Achieving unit business goals through quality recruitment and training of
Life Mitras (LM)
2. Develop business segments as per company strategy with compliance
3. Business should be of very good quality and should not be detrimental to
the interests of the Company.

3. The Number of early claims should be very low under his group, very low
number of complaints alleging misspelling. Unethical business practices
or any other fraudulent practice in the course of discharging duty will
have adverse impact on a DMs performance
