Roles and Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of abroad education and admission/Documentation processes.
• Keeping up-to-date with alterations to the Education laws of the.
• Should be having a good knowledge of the end to end process.
• Handling walk-in and telephonic queries.
• Converting leads into admissions.
• Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.
• Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
• Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
• Top-notch research, fact-checking, and writing abilities.
• Will work with the marketing department for university visit and education fairs.
• Will be using specialist computer-aided CRM applications.

• Should be having relevant experience of 2 years with a study visa.
• Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of country-specific education and admission processes will be an advantage.
• Sales oriented.
