Job Description:
SkillSet: talent acquisition, digital marketing, HR administrative.
Identify and source appropriate talent for global roles
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, debriefs and offer negotiation
Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers
Administration of candidate testing including results analysis
Use social media, job boards and other advertising campaigns to improve SOTIs employer brand
Develop and implement recruitment campaigns for passive talent
Develop digital marketing campaigns
Research and make recommendations regarding candidate compensation, market trends, recruitment strategies
Develop college and university recruitment programs - Campus Recruitment
Source, attend and manage follow-up for a variety of recruitment events
Manage external recruitment firm relationships
Assist members of Human Resources team with a variety of activities including onboarding, HR reporting, file management, employment relations and other projects
Qualifications
2-5 years of talent acquisition experience
The ideal candidate will have a mix of specialist agency recruitment experience and corporate recruiting
Provide full support to Hiring Managers during the recruitment process, developing strong working relationships and exceeding our customers expectations
Applicant must have a strong background sourcing passive candidate including cold calling, networking, digital marketing campaigns and using LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience recruiting for Software Development roles is a requirement
Experience working on high volume of roles and managing multiple priorities
Highly skilled at managing challenging hiring managers
Experience with HR administrative tasks in a corporate setting is a strong asset
