• Agent recruitment :

1. Develop various sources of agent hiring build a team of agent agent pipe line
2. Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
3. Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the company

• Agent Development :

1. Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits
2. Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
3. Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
4. Meet Business Targets
5. Achievement of key business vectors
6. Improve agent productivity retention
7. Maintain the quality vectors of business including persistence and surrender

• Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
2. Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
3. Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same.
4. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
5. Minimum Qualification :
6. Graduate (any discipline) with sales experience of at least 6 months
