Candidate will work as Technical Project Leader in Surface Cleaners Global Design team based at the company R&D Bangalore. Candidate will be required to use scientific expertise in transforming innovation technical insights into unique propositions that will meet consumer need while ensuring positive impact of the product on the environment. Candidate should have proven record of scientific expertise and rigour to enable build innovations for the category.

About the role:

• Product design and optimisation of technology until it fits the product description
• Product development for Ecommerce and the company Professionals across Surface Cleaner product formats
• Translation of consumer and business needs to generate ideas for new technologies and products
• Lead product development team supporting the innovation and savings agenda of the Surface Cleaners portfolio
• Build digital and automation capability for the program
• Collaborations with digital and Ecommerce teams as a part of product portfolio management
• Managing external interfaces with our extensive partnerships with leading scientists, academic institutions, suppliers, and specialist businesses
