Responsible for meeting scheduled production targets with best Quality Standards of the product within given time cost parameters. Review meet Daily, Weekly Monthly Production Plant Operations, Profit and Loss Efficiency Growth. Maintain enhance Customer Relationship by meeting them on regular basis discuss about product reports future prospects for new business. Process Health Check Compliance by performing periodic internal process audits Managing People approx. 265 Manpower including direct reporters all functional HOD (HR, Accounts, Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, SCM Store) Responsible for Manpower Development by training disciplining the workmen. Arrange provide training for employees from internal/external agencies as per schedule.
