Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee the Billing department
2. Resolve the query of Customers and Internal Sales Rep across the region
3. Implement the Billing System and smooth transition from current billing system into New billing
System.
4. Prepare the MIS reports related to Invoices /Billing.
5. Closely work with the Sales Team for invoice related process and handling their queries.
6. Defining executing the invoice / billing process.
7. Quality checking of Invoices and subscriptions on the billing system salesforce.

Qualification M.com / MBA - Finance

Required Skill Set
1. Good knowledge of Billing Accounting concepts
2. Good Knowledge of Billing Software - Zoho Books Subscriptions, OneBill Software
3. Customer relation
4. Knowledge of US invoicing
5. Good Communication skill
6. Team Management
7. Knowledge of Salesforce.
