One of our clients having their based office in Bhandup is looking for an IT HR profession.
- Position:- IT Recruiter
- Experience:2+ yrs
- Job Location:BhandupMumbai.

Domain:- Mobile app design and development, Custom software development, Data Platform and Analytics, Cloud QA services, AR/VR, and Start-up consulting to enterprises worldwide .
HR JD:
- End to End IT Recruitment (junior to senior level) utilizing Job Portals.
- Screening short-listing candidates profile as per the requirements of clients.
- Co-coordinating with candidates for interviews conducting telephonic interviews
before short listing candidates.
- Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening.
- Understand their competencies skill sets; brief them about the Job profile.
- Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the
companies and positions.
- Co-ordinating with the internal staff, maintaining all the records, etc.
- Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure r
eports feedback reports.
- Having experience for clients like: IT Service outsourcing Based Companies
Maintaining internal MIS Report.
- Sourcing resumes through Naukri portal matching the skillset.
- Calling and Screening them a different parameters CTC and Notice Period etc.
- Sharing CV to Panel for shortlisting and Coordinating for interview and HR round
Virtually F2F.
- Updating b-day/work anniversary first week of month and wishing /reminding on the
day to be wished in group.
- Preparing letters offer/appointment /increment/exit and taking necessary signature
approvals in mail or hardcopy.
- Sharing copy of all letters to HR for folder updating by end of the month.
- Assuring data of Form 11 should be kept with you for all employee with no PF
- Coordinating for interview process assuring all interviews are done with minimum
hassle
- Sourcing the requirements.
- Bank account opening and Id card generation of all new employees, ask relevant
data from candidates or Hr
- Furnishing Offer letter and account details of joining as soon as candidate joined or
last week of month for all.
- Sourcing of certain skills to be done.
- Coordinating with Recruitment vendors as needed.
- Document verification for new joining on video call
- BGC to be done for all the new employees.
