5-10 years exp as Admission Coordinator / Admin / in Customer Service / in Secretarial works
Should have excellent communication Skills in English / Fluency in English
25000/- to 30000/- monthly

Should be good at MS - Office
Should be able to work with a Team.
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and convincing power.
Candidate should be pleasant looking and must have good communication skills.
Should be Service oriented attitude, flexible with school timings.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others or in teams.

Should have excellent Problem solving skills, Tele-calling skills, soft skills & parent interaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

Attend to parents and visitors to the school.
Answer phones, SMS and Whatsapp messages
Answer inquiries about the School
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
Coordinate office activities.
Arrange appointments.
Schedule follow-up appointments.
Work assigned time to time.

Basic salary: 25000 to 30000 per month
