Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Payment of Bills, Office expansion and Renovation, Repair and Maintenance
Inventory Management
Security and Safety
Yearly and Monthly Expense Reports
Travel Management and Visa Processing
Cafeteria Management
Facilities Management
Managing Office Infrastructure but not limited to electricity consumption, office furniture, pantry consumables
Housekeeping, physical security checks (camera and access point) manage office keys.
Facilitate HR for celebrations
Cooling solution in office
Employee seating arrangements
