Job Functions Are As follows:
To conduct secondary and primary research in order to provide
intensive and accurate data in the research reports and market
research projects. Hands on experience in all phases of qualitative
research and quantitative research is required for this job;
To develop a structured and logical approach for data collection
and presentation, including identification of new data sources
(primary and secondary research). To analyze data and numbers
reliably, with a keen focus on understanding trends and deriving
insights;
Prepare, rewrite and edit research reports, collateral and other
official documents to improve readability, or supervise others who
do this work;
Manage small to mid-size team of research analysts peers
wherever needed
Design and conduct primary research surveys wherever needed
Perform market forecasts and prepare financial models wherever
necessary.
To stay updated and abreast with all industry developments and
understand business drivers of the industry; work with the senior
management to identify new business opportunities and suggest
areas of improving operational efficiencies.
