* Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physicians for claim status.
* Follow up with the Insurance Company to check the status of outstanding claims.
* Receive payment information if the claims have been processed.
* Analyze claims in case of rejections.
* Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards.
