PMO TEAM MEMBER JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a PMO Team Member. The responsibilities of the PMO Team Member include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance to the teams and processes, overseeing projects and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and gather information for reporting/project.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing project framework and governance, in alignment with business need manage project activities from planning to closure.

Ensuring project plans embrace State Street requirements for approvals, and regulatory / risk assessments

Leading project calls with both onshore and India-based stakeholders, maintaining a partnership-based approach

Ensuring project RAID and Action logs, BLAs and SLAs are established and maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Oversee / lead project plan execution, driving urgency through an action-oriented approach

Lead project communications to ensure all project stakeholders remain appraised of project status

Capacity planning desks management for GPD

Lead the GPD Operating Managing Committee meetings as per schedule

Liaise with global stakeholders India Transitions in managing the business pipeline for GPD

Ensure the BCP plans other governance policies are followed at GPD

Lead the governance of various employee engagement committees, ensuring they are aligned with SS global standards, budgeting event planning for the calendar years


Represent GPD at various India global meetings pertaining to strategy, policies governance
Manage own performance through engaging in the performance review process and attending relevant training
Identify and report all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities
Act in accordance with Risk Excellence as part of our Way Ahead foundation
Perform other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:
4-6 years job related/industry experience in financial services or consulting is required
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent required
Good knowledge of proven business analysis methodology is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Excel, and Word required
Strong analytical skills required
Good communication and writing skills required
