Business Development Manager BFSI

Job Location:  Bangalore, Mumbai City, Delhi
Job Description:  SkillSet: Lead generation, reporting, tender, customer relationship, business development.

Minimum 5 years work experience with 2+ years in BFSI Segment providing solutions
preferable on our same stream line
Experience with sales/operations function at the same stream line.

Reporting to AVP Business Development BFSI

Role Responsibilities :

Generate the sales from existing clients and new client to achieve Top-line (INR 10 Cr
annualized) and achieve profit targets for their Business Units
Lead Generation, Account penetration, Customer relationship building and Positioning relevant
Technology Solutions and Services to achieve desired revenue and profitability goals
Identifying developing a focus on selling solutions to Business Decision Makers in partnership
with our Technical Decision Makers.

Collaborates with internal departments, technical teams to assure effective delivery of services
to the clients
Contacting to all NBFC s, banking and financial institutions for various Product and solutions
Lead Generation and managing complete account
Responsible for the business growth for all verticals
Proposal preparation by analyzing RFPs, RFQs, coordinating and preparing tender
documentation with team.
Promotional activities through Seminars, exhibitions and advertisements

Experience:  2 - 5 years
Qualification:  ("PG or Equivalent in any field")
Salary:  3.5 Lakh to 7 Lakh INR
