  • Team management and retention

  • Monitor batch occupancy for the center
  • Coordinate with regional teams
  • Making product wise marketing plans and ensures execution of the same
  • Drive Marketing and Business Development for the assigned territory
  • Ensure revenue targets are met for the center
  • To handle ATL, BTL, Institutional Sales function for the territory
  • To strengthen the company's reach in the assigned market
  • Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development
  • To network with Institutions and key decision makers
  • To generate walk-ins within branch
  • Promote test prep products & services in the target market and generate revenue
  • To establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including top schools, colleges, tuition centres, other educational centres, associations, clubs, industry associations etc
  • Build relations with various Student bodies including student Union etc.
Skills: Communication skills, Planning, Team Skills.

Qualification: MBA

Industry: Education / Training

Experience: 3 - 6 years.
