Therapeutics Chemical Research Corporation (TCRC) is an international testing and inspection corporation, founded in 1950 in Mumbai India, operating in more than 27 countries around the world including Afghanistan. TCRC was established to provide quality third party Inspection involving pre and post shipment inspections of cargo, sampling and analysis of various commodities, whether imported or exported, testing & inspection of commodities included coal, minerals, chemicals, petroleum fuels and oils, lubricants, aviation fuels, LPG, fertilizers, metals, agricultural commodities and food products.

Lab Trainer (Chemist)
Job Summary:

Responsible for training of analysis and reporting of various products done by lab technician and sample takers, such as Crude Oil, Fuel Oils, Middle Distillates, Petroleum and Petrochemicals, LPG gas, Lubricant oils, etc Laboratory Trainer is responsible for training of performance tests on samples for purposes such as quantitative analysis, quality control, and process control. He is also responsible for training general maintenance of laboratory equipment and the physical maintenance of the laboratory.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
  • Training of quality assurance in correlation with industry standards and customer requirement
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences

Qualification: Master Degree in chemistry or related field

Industry: Chemicals

Experience: Minimum 4 Years' Experience in petroleum. Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
