Job Description:  • Managed and maintained the company's website for uploading products and order's management.
• Good experience in working on E-commerce seller portals, like Flipchart, Snap deal, Amazon, Paytm Etc.
• Handled all operations from product listing to Orders management, getting claim if any product came wrong or damaged back to the company.
• Managed to take good reviews from customers on these E-commerce sites to get a high rating on the company's product.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Catalog team like new content upload, QC, photo-shoots, and Inventory management
• Ensuring timely delivery of the cataloging asks in terms of new ingestion and improvement in existing listings and plan team through-put accordingly
• Build and streamline existing cataloging SOPs for process efficiency improvements
• Ability to innovate & build best practices (Do-It-Yourself Flows, etc.) with an eye on speed and the cost of cataloging
• Identifying product gaps in the system and developing a product road-map for the cataloging function for product design and implementation in coordination with product and tech teams.
• Working closely with the categories and other operational functions to ensure seamless and agile cataloging operation with all prioritized asks (dedicated handling of cataloging requests for newly created categories, etc.) in terms of catalog addressed timely
• Identifying and shortlisting outsourcing partners for outsourcing the catalog requirements as part of the strategy.
• Conduct market research in terms of cataloging standards across the competition
• Drive merchandising strategy for the print catalog program and support merchandising and execution of the seasonal catalog
• Lead the continued expansion of the program into new formats and geographies and facilitate alignment and efficiencies across catalog formats
• Evaluate catalog imagery and messaging to ensure alignment with Way fair brand priorities
• Manage the supplier funding strategy for each catalog format and partner with media on identifying sponsorship opportunities
• Research and stay informed of market and competitor trends and tactics (including messaging, calendars, assortment approach, etc.).

Compensation Details 

Salary:  3.00 Lakh (Indian Rupees) per annum inr
