Job Location:  Delhi
Job Description:  Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization, products and services on offer
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and zones.
Projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products
Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans
Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI targets are met
Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
Provide daily report of Sales team and communicate to reporting manager
Ensure all dispatches of customer order happen on the same day and timely deliver to the final destination, through appropriate channels
Ensure timely payments are received against sale invoices and
Ensure correct Credit limit and days are maintained as per the stipulated guidelines for all customers and agents
Ensure staffing budget should not exceed against the set target
Plan and execute any trade exhibitions, conference and meetings approved by Store head
Keeps reporting manager informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly etc.
