Immediate joiner .Administration support to HR and Accounts/strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

we are looking for an Office Administrator to provide administrative support to the management team as well as provide office management support. As an Administration Assistant you are required to organize and support all daily activities, meetings and travel, and interact with all levels within the organization to facilitate communication between management and employees, as well as clients, vendors and business partners. As well as overseeing the smooth running of the office.

You will be working in a fast-paced and creative environment. The role demands confidence, attention to detail, good writing skills, the ability to self-manage and the professionalism to represent the company.

Role:
1) Manage Google calendars, ensuring time management. Schedule appointments, meetings and interviews. Facilitate logistics such as conference rooms, car services/cabs and prepare vouchers as applicable.
2) File expense reports by collecting receipts and documentation. Basic accounts experience

3) Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
4) Manage, facilitate and prioritize communication flow such as phone calls, correspondence, daily and weekly meetings.
5) Follow up on completion of activities to ensure deadlines are met such as meeting follow ups, requests for information, projects etc.

What we are looking for:
1) Experience working in an administrative support role, handling confidential information and documentation (prior administrative or customer service experience preferred.)
2) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
3) Strong coordination skills and ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines.

4) Experience in basic HR tasks
5) Excellent Gmail skills and calendar management.
6) Excellent MS Word and Excel abilities.
7) Experience handling all details of travel arrangements.
8) Demonstrate strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
9) A high degree of professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
10) 2-3 years of work experience in a similar capacity (preferably in an agency environment)
