Educational qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering)
Work experience:
Around 5 years to 10 years of relevant work experience in Mechanical Maintenance preferably with Agro-chemical or Chemical or Pharma or Food manufacturing companies
Should have knowledge of AutoCAD
Should have knowledge of EHS standards practices
Should have experience of leading Mechanical Projects
Should have experience of trouble shooting of Gear Box, Pump, Blenders, conveyors and heavy automatic equipment
Job profile:
Preventive and regular maintenance
Assessing project and resource requirements, estimating, negotiating, budgets and timescales with Vendors SCM team
Routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
Diagnose breakdown problems
Quality inspections
Liaise with other departments
Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment
Review of Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly Production plan as per SOP
Responsible for Plant machine maintenance, wastage, machine availability, manpower utilization and 100% EHS compliance
Monitor and control maintenance costs
