Work experience:
Minimum of 5-10 years experience in IT Infrastructure/DC technical support.
Knowledge of various technologies in the area of Server, Storage, Hypervisor and Networking for DC and Cloud Solutions. (VMware Administrator)
Good written and verbal communication with pleasant personality capable of giving demos/presentation
Experience working on Public Cloud like Azure, AWS will be added advantage
Experience with Backup, Business Continuity (HA) Disaster Recovery (DR) Solution (Software or Hardware) will be considered strongly.
Ready to travel across India and Internationally as required.
Job profile:
Resolve Support tickets from clients / channel Partners across the region on BCDR.
Do Monthly Preventive Maintenance Health check of all the Servers and prepare Reports. Monitor alerts, notifications and support tickets and resolve issues.
Understand client requirements for High Availability (HA) Disaster Recovery (DR
Achieve successful Demo/ POC and client satisfaction with Customers and Channel Partners across Middle East, Africa, Indian Sub-continent and South Asian countries.
Post sales site visit, pre-requisite, implementation, project completion, documentation and training.
Need to train offer technical support to customers Channel Partners across the region (Middle East, Africa, South East Asia and Indian Sub-continent) and make them capable enoughto give onsite support.
Candidates who are passionate on knowledge/ learning and ready to explore new opportunities.
