Senior Manager (Channel Sales)

Effective deployment of strategies formulated for the business, to achieve targets and drive profitability by maintaining sales margins

Drive the sales team to initiate sales in the region through channel partners and generate revenue

Support the sales team on the various aspects (including sales techniques) of increasing penetration in the markets and monitor the sales performance of the region.

Manage and motivate Distributor Sales Team to achieve desired results of Sales volume, Marketing Initiatives & PPA activities, DLP Scheme Implementation

Conduct periodic visit at effective dealers location to check dealers engagement and also understand market scenario, product demand and branding of our product at the location.

Initiate and Implement process improvement initiatives for product or process improvement

Monitor team performance regularly

Conduct periodic reviews and communicate the improvement area to the sales team members

15-18 years of experience into Channel sales

Handle dealer & distributors management.
