HR and Purchase Executive

Job Location:  Mumbai City

We having opening for the post of

Position : HR Purchase executive

Experience : 2-3 years

Location : Vasai

Requirement :

Involved in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Conduct employee on boarding, induction and help plan training amp; development.
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves,
compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
Handling overall general management
Maintain employee data on a day-today basis.
Organize Employee Engagement activities
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Undertake tasks in performance management.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Requirements.
Proven experience as HR Generalist.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws outstanding knowledge of MS Office;
HRIS systems will be a plus.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
Additional HR training will be a plus
Attendance Process
Implement HR systems and processes and revamp, if required
Be the source of contact between employee and the management.
Ensure Safety of workers amp; cleanliness in the factory (put up signages)
Process for each department to be revised and implemented

PURCHASE

Preparation ofPurchaseOrders, Quotations otherpurchasingrelated documents.
Negotiation with suppliers for cost effective procurement of materials.
Coordination with Production, Stores and Operations departments.
New vendor development and vendor registration agreements.
Must have experience in purchase department from manufacturing company.
Alternative work experience in maintenance department or Projects Department.
Other works as designated by Director.
To work on Urgent project of procurement.
To get in touch with Transporter as amp; when required for timely delivery. Negotiate with
transporter.
To make sure of timely delivery by following up with Supplier amp; Transporter.
Timely reporting to the HOD with tracker (Excel Sheet)
Getting stock report from stores department amp; keep stock status up to date from
purchase depts end.

Verification of Bill / Invoice amp; to make sure of the quantity, price amp; necessary company
details is correct.
To look after the Office Maintenance in regards Stationery procurement as amp; when
required.
Key point contact for all office related maintenance issue.
To get approval from HRD/Director amp; processed with the office requirement amp; get it
done on time.
Negotiation with Courier service, (Computer, CCTV etc...) Renewal and new Contracts
with vendors (AMC)
Machine maintenance amp; purchase by coordinating with production amp; factory in charge.
