1. Monitor, manage all sales activities Strategies to achieve sales team target.
2. Responsible for consistent sales performance in assigned region.
3. Ensure visits to doctors and stockiest as planned maintain call averages of team members.
4. Implementation of product promotion strategy generation of prescriptions.
5. Maintain develop existing new customers through appropriate propositions, sales methods and relevant internal liaison.
6. Prepare month wise daily reports of team members to evaluate frequency of visits, repeat calls, input utilization and check coverage.
7. Timely submission of required review reports, sales target achievements, expense details, monthly business review report and daily reporting through company portal.
8. Induction of team members as per guidelines.
