AVP/ VP (Projects)

Job Description/ Skills: Exposure in IT building on a turnkey basis including services. Evaluation of project and presenting cost/ benefit analysis at project decision points for construction of IT/ Commercial complex, utility & infrastructure. Overseeing all construction activities including providing technical inputs, methodologies of construction and coordination for site management activities. Site administration/ compliances – Ensure all licenses/ NOC’s from government agencies are I place throughout the product life-cycle, liaison with local authorities.

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech (Civil)/ NICMAR

Industry: Real Estate / Property

Functional Area: Management

Experience: 15 to 25 years (10 years in Real Estate & Construction Company).

Location: Pune (Maharashtra, India), Goa, Pune (Maharashtra, India)
