Manager - Administration and Collection
Job Description/ Skills - Administering staff members and ensuring the accurate and timely payment from residents. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Implementation of strategies for the collection. Coordinate with sales/ accounts department for payment. To ensure maximum collection, recovery, collection goals and targets. Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed. Implementing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection. Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs. Informing outstanding dues to clients for their units and receiving payments. Collection Management. Training and mentioning of staff members in the collections department.
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Any Post Graduate.
