4. Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall
level of company throughput
5. Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and
discounted cash flow analysis for project evaluation and new capital
expenditure proposal
6. Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
7. Developing effective MIS and constantly enhancing the same.
8. Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
9. Financial statements and cash flow projections for use by Executive
management.
10. Timely finalization of accounts Audit of the same
Risk Management
1. Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
2. Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting
the industry
3. Construct and monitor reliable control systems
4. Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
5. Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
6. Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government
agencies
7. Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors
8. Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and
recommendations.
9. Perform risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and
investments
10. Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 15-20 years of progressive experience. Manufacturing Industry
experience a must.
Age range 35-45 years
Post Graduate - MBA (Finance)(Preferable) CA (Chartered Accountant)
(Mandatory)
Good at planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting
Should have an exposure to the financial aspects of business process.
Hands on style with strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and commitment to deliver under
tight deadlines
Strong team player able to work with all levels of employees.
Open minded and fan of new ideas
Good visionary skills and out of box thinker
Should be proficient with MS-Excel and ERP (working in SAP is preferred
