Shift Time : 10pm to 8am(Fixed)

Skills Required:
1.Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
2.Customer Service Orientation: Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
3.Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
4.Attention to Detail: Accuracy in booking details and customer information.
5.Sales Skills: Ability to identify sales opportunities and upsell effectively.
Qualifications:
1.Education: 12th pass
2.Experience: Minimum 1 months of experience in sales and customer service, particularly with US customers, is advantageous.
3.Language Skills: Proficiency in English with excellent verbal skills.
