5. Bank reconciliation, Plant accounting, Fixed assets, Month end Journals, Month end Closing, Intercompany accounting, treasury function,
6. Indian Tax, UK GAAP, US GAAP knowledge
7. Decision making activities regarding loans, credit facilities, treasury controls, capital structure, dividend.
8. Should have worked on Transformation/Improvement projects
9. Sound knowledge of SAP
