Job Location: Pune

Job Description: SkillSet: front end, open source, process design, web development, web technologies.

Position Overview
Technology leadership position
Needs to understand existing product, come-up with design improvements and implement it through projects & programs
Hands on designer & developer position, required to architect the next generation of SaaS product(s)
Direct reporting to Director of Development

Primary Responsibilities
Provide design as well as code guidance to the developers
Propose new technologies and implement PoC
Identify performance & scalability challenges and provide a technical solution
Code the critical product pieces yourself and set the example for other developers
Advocate usage of new open source tools/frameworks and percolate the knowledge to the engineering team

Education
BE/B TECH only | Computers background preferred

Required Skills
10+ years of software engineering experience in web technologies
With the most recent 5+ years in architecting & designing the products

Technical skills
JavaScript, Angular latest versions, Open source UI tools & frameworks, (React JS, Node JS ? Good to have)
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
Familiarity with programming language like Java
Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills
Experience interacting with all levels including the Executive level
Experience with Agile development methodology
Should be aware of application security guidelines

Travel
Occasional travel to the US may be required

Functional Area: General / Other Software,Sales / BD

Experience: 10 - 15 years

Qualification: ("Other in Other")

Salary: 12 Lakh to 20 Lakh INR
