Ecommerce Head
Responsibilities
To manage the entire E com, E grocery, Quick commerce business for WoW FMCG.
To develop business for alternate channels like airlines, airports, caterers, national hotel chains
Build the E com marketing and closely work with the WoW central marketing to drive visibility, create occasion of consumption, develop digital footprint to enhance presence and thereby business.
Liaison with the regional teams across the country to ensure fill rates , service quality and deliveries
Visit the regional buyers, teams of E grocery to build relationship and ensure great rapport with central category heads of these customers
Create new avenues of growth with airline tie ups , airport stores other OOH consumption spaces for FMCG .
Manage and be accountable for marketing spends towards this channel and PL
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Ideally MBA/ PGDM from top 20 B schools/ Min 4 years + managing E com
Preferred Skills
Great communication skills, good relationship management, strong understanding of E com marketing of E com/ Quick com. Should have managed a sales profile , also in institutional sales managing national accounts
