Sr. Sales & Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description
BDM will be responsible for driving brand awareness, building lasting relationships with various providers and staff, coordinating marketing activities, and using a consultative sales approach. Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills. We need a driven individual having experience and exposure to North American market.

Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Have excellent understanding of IT market This is a Hunter role that requires daily calls to prospective clients and referral sources. This individual will generate leads and bring in new customers. They will also be responsible for repeat business, cross selling, and upselling Develop strong relationships with referral sources and drive staffing business in the IT space Effectively communicate sales and marketing information to clients and maintain records of the same. Educate the client on our offerings to sell existing and new technologies to the client Drive business and brand awareness by coordinating marketing events Develop and maintain an accurate database of industry contacts Prepare reports regarding sales activity as requested and participate in the RFP process along with the presales and marketing team Use and maintain data in CRM system.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree (Sales/Marketing, MBA Desired)

Functional Area: Sales

Experience: 10 - 12 years. Business Development experience of 5-7 years in IT environment. 7-10 years of Direct sales experience related to filling/staffing IT positions.

Salary: Rs. 9,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
