Logging In Problems
If you're receiving no error message and still not able to login, then Your browser's cookie functionality may be turned off or is not configured to accept cookies from CareerAge.com. Please turn it on:
  • Open Internet Explorer, and click Tools along the top of your browser window.
  • Select Internet Options... and click the Content tab at the top of the dialogue box. If the Content Advisor is enabled, please disable it.
  • Click OK.
Next, please clear your browser's cache. To clear your cache in IE:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x
  • Close all other open browser windows.
  • Click the Tools menu at the top of your browser, and select Internet Options.
  • Click the General tab at the top of the dialogue box.
  • Click Delete Files under Temporary Internet files.
  • Select Delete all offline content by checking the box.
  • Click OK.
In Internet Explorer 7:
  • Close all other open browser windows.
  • Click Tools > Internet Options.
  • Select the General tab.
  • Click Delete under Browsing History.
  • Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files.
  • Click Delete Cookies.
  • Click "OK".
If you still not able to login:
  • Please try upgrading your browser to install the latest updates of Internet Explorer.
  • OR, Install Firefox 3.0 and try logging in. Get FireFox 3 from www.getfirefox.com.
