Quality Manager
We are hiring for the below mentioned position in a leading International BPO:
Designation- General Manager Quality
Location- Indore (Interview will be held over phone)
CTC- 14.00.p.a to 15.00 l.p.a
BPO experience is must (with international processes)
Should have Green belt training or certification and Black belt training or certification (Mandate)
Should be currently working as a Sr. Manager-QA for minimum 1.5yrs
Should be comfortable with Rotational shifts
Should be comfortable 6 days working
Only female candidates
Excellent communication skills
Offshore quality experience of at least 6 to 10 accounts including back office and voice
Transactional Quality experience
