Job Description:  SkillSet: ms sql server, ms sql, sql server, web services, wcf services.

Review and validate client requirements based on technology knowledge/ expertise and understanding of the client s business process and challenges
Define organization- wide technology direction and roadmap in line with business requirements or use architecture skills to solve highly complex client requirements
Design, develop and architect applications across multi- generation product releases
Provide inputs and support for sales efforts from a technical perspective
Assess and evaluate technology including tradeoffs
Develop, leverage and architect technical design packages including artefacts
Review , approve and ensure proper oversight for quality assurance of Architecture and design packages
Guidance of development staff throughout construction phase
Evangelize re- use through implementation of shared assets
Enforce adherence to architectural standards/ principles, global product- specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc
Proactively provide feedback regarding methodologies, standards, tools and leading practices
Provide technical guidance and support across projects/ programs and client engagementsQualifications, Skills and Experience
Extremely Proficient in MS Technologies and Architecture
Experience as an Architect on at least 2 large scale enterprise wide / global projects. Service Based Architecture knowledge is preferred
Experience on MS Dot Net Platform especially ASP.NET, C# .NET, Web Services and WCF Services with MS SQL Server platform (SQL and exposure to SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, etc.)
Experience on using MS Patterns and Practices
Knowledge and experience in IT methodologies and life cycles Should have experience on documentation of Architecture and Design Documents for projects using UML, OOA / OOD
Experience in participating and contributing to pre- sales / post sale technology selection of MS stack, create solution approach, estimation using different methods
Knowledge and experience in IT methodologies and life cycles including Agile/ SCRUM
Demonstrated involvement in code reviews, identifying / diagnosing performance / scalability bottlenecks and hands on implementing Proof of Concepts, frameworks etc.,
