Roles and Responsibilities

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in the field of computer Science
• Minimum 6+ years of overall IT experience with proven working experience (min 3 years) in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1. Proficiency in software tools including but not limited to Microsoft office, JIRA, BugZilla, Mantis, Asana, Basecamp, Smartsheet, Slack etc.
2. Direct the requirements development for applying technology to satisfy business needs.
3. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
4. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
5. Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into Zoho.com design and implementation.
6. Interface with staff developing strategy as technical advisor for new functionality from Zoho Marketplace applications, releases, and upgrades
