- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure's

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Requirements & Qualifications:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Performance management
- Meeting the targets aligned.
- Quality Check of Team Members Performance and Share Feedback accordingly
- Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
- Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at individual level.
- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
- Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for staff.
- Provides feedback to the team leaders & managers.
- Prepares & analyses internal & external quality reports for the management staff.
- Provides training to new team members.
- Allocating daily jobs and workloads.
- Maintenance of reports including Productivity, Quality and SLA
- Maintaining Data work and Presentation.

- Ability to work with normal sourcing avenues such as job portals, social networking , references, head hunting etc as well as to innovate new recruiting techniques.
