Job Description:  SkillSet: sql, design, c, linq, json.

Good understanding and experience about different phases of Software Development Life Cycle including application definition, design, development, testing, deployment, optimization and maintenance.
Design, Development & Deployment of .Net based applications using VB.Net, ASP.NET, C#, with WCF, WPF, MVC, Linq (Net version 4.0 is must, also 2.0 and above. SQL Server version 2008 R2, 2005)
Further extending: Ajax, Crystal Reports, Jquery, Json, XML, Web services, n- tier architecture
Familiar with design, coding, testing, and documenting applications based on projects functional and business requirements
Knowledge about third party tools for code optimization & increasing productivity.
Roles and Responsibilities
Managing and leading the project team & freelancers.
Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan along with the cost estimation.
Managing project deliverables with the project plan within the prescribed tenure.
Recording and managing project issues and escalating wherever necessary.
Communicating with the customers to match with their business needs & to avail information regarding modifications expected by the clients.
Definition and management of the User Acceptance Testing programme.
Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programs
Customization & up gradation of previously developed applications should be undertaken whenever it finds necessary.
Support user departments in maintaining IT compliance.
Working both independently and in a team- oriented, collaborative environment.
Experience
Relevant Industry experience 3- 6 years desired.
Experience in managing multiple projects.
Other Skills
Strong analytical and communication skills (written and oral) required.
Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
Delivery, Resource & Customer Management.
BE / B.Tech (CS / IS) or MS / MSc in CS / IT
