Job Description:  The candidate should be able to understand, Articulate, and respond in English. Hence the candidate should look at clients’ queries with excellent communication skills in English (both in oral and written.) We need a candidates from BPO or customer support background and who are interested to work in night shift. Resolving customer queries that maintain a high standard of customer service. Handling Inbound & Outbound calls, making follow-up of calls.

Job Requirements:
• Experience candidate can apply in Customer service executive role.
• We want a Candidate who has a good command of English.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Flexible to work in a challenging work environment.
• Result Oriented.
• Must be comfortable with night shift
• Must be comfortable for Calling.
• Handling inquiries coordinating/following up accordingly.
• Good knowledge of MS-office and should have basic internet knowledge.
• Proven experience as a telesales representative or other.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead in Handling Telephonic Inquiries.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
